Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Drive Agile best practices and support continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove team-level impediments to ensure high performance.
• Track and report Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burn-down and Burn-up Charts.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Technical teams to align delivery.
• Support PI Planning and coordination in SAFe/Scaled Agile environments.
• Guide onboarding for both internal and external resources.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and iterative learning.

Experience Requirement:

• 8-12  years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Proven track record facilitating Agile adoption and team performance improvement.
• Strong experience using tools like Jira, Miro, and other Agile collaboration tools.
• Proficient in tracking Agile metrics and reporting team progress.
• Experience supporting SAFe/Scaled Agile Framework and PI Planning activities.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication, team facilitation, and conflict resolution.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharma, Healthcare, or Biotech domains.
• Exposure to regulatory compliance projects such as FDA, GxP, or HIPAA is a plus.
• Experience working with distributed teams is desirable.
• Background in clinical trial software or healthcare IT systems is an advantage.
