Scrum Master

Job description –

• Played role of Scrum master and Project / Program manager
• Managing complex project/program with 2-3 teams.
• Familiar with Sprint ceremonies, artifacts, best practices, monitoring sprint progress.
• Scrum master, kanban lead
• Familiar with Sprint metrics
• Hands on SaFe will be an added advantage.
• Works collaboratively with cross functional team
• Manage stakeholders' expectations
• Weekly, monthly cadence with different stakeholders and report.
• Communication with executive, presenting program status, risk, mitigation plan.
• Working with executive on proposal and presenting options with pros and cons

Experience - 6 to 10 years of PM and Scrum master
Certifications - scrum master / PMP / Program management / SaFe
