Scrum master

Required:
·        4+ years of experience on a software development teams with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master 
·        Demonstrated proficiency in the application of Agile frameworks and practices 
·        Proven ability to manage and mentor development teams effectively 
·        Excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills 
·        Ability to effectively present ideas, facilitate meetings and discussions, and lead training activities 
·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
·        Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
