Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities: 

 

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies for assigned squads, including daily stand-ups , sprint planning , backlog grooming , sprint reviews , and retrospectives .
• Track and report agile metrics such as velocity , burndown charts , and sprint progress to support data-driven decisions.
• Define and maintain Scrum artifacts, including the Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR) , ensuring team alignment and quality standards.
• Champion the adoption and administration of agile tools like Jira , Miro , and Zoho to support efficient collaboration and transparency.
• Act as a coach and mentor to development teams, product owners, and stakeholders on agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement .
• Identify opportunities to improve team dynamics, processes, and delivery pipelines, and implement appropriate agile frameworks or practices.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, providing visibility into product development progress and challenges. 
  
  
   

Requirements: 

 

• 8+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role, with a proven track record of successful agile delivery.
• Strong background in software engineering , with the ability to engage meaningfully with technical teams.
• Hands-on experience in selecting, implementing, and managing agile collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Miro, Zoho).
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum principles , with a passion for building high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving outcomes and team accountability.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to influence and inspire others. 
  
  
   

Preferred Skills: 

 

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent agile certification.
• Experience working in scaled agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD processes
