Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies for assigned squads, including daily stand-ups , sprint planning , backlog grooming , sprint reviews , and retrospectives .
Track and report agile metrics such as velocity , burndown charts , and sprint progress to support data-driven decisions.
Define and maintain Scrum artifacts, including the Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR) , ensuring team alignment and quality standards.
Champion the adoption and administration of agile tools like Jira , Miro , and Zoho to support efficient collaboration and transparency.
Act as a coach and mentor to development teams, product owners, and stakeholders on agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement .
Identify opportunities to improve team dynamics, processes, and delivery pipelines, and implement appropriate agile frameworks or practices.
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, providing visibility into product development progress and challenges.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role, with a proven track record of successful agile delivery.
Strong background in software engineering , with the ability to engage meaningfully with technical teams.
Hands-on experience in selecting, implementing, and managing agile collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Miro, Zoho).
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum principles , with a passion for building high-performing teams.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving outcomes and team accountability.
A proactive mindset with the ability to influence and inspire others.
Preferred Skills:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent agile certification.
Experience working in scaled agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD processes
