Scrum Master

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Supporting Product Owner in backlog management and ensuring the team delivers value each sprint.
• Removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coaching team members on Agile principles and practices.
• Tracking project progress using burndown charts and other Agile metrics.
• Ensuring Scrum processes are followed and promoting Agile best practices.

Experience Requirement:

• 10-14 years of experience as a Scrum Master managing Agile teams in a software development environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality software products.
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team facilitation skills.
