Scrum Master

We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master with 5+ years of hands-on experience managing multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, well-versed in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and qTest, and capable of driving team performance, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Serve as a servant leader and coach to multiple Scrum teams.
• Ensure consistent and effective use of Jira for tracking user stories, tasks, and sprint progress.
• Maintain and update team documentation and knowledge bases in Confluence.
• Oversee test management processes and reporting using qTest.
• Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to align on goals and delivery.
• Promote Agile best practices and drive team-level adoption of Agile principles.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and qTest.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams in a distributed environment
