Description

1. Scrum Ceremonies & Agile Facilitation
● Lead and facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Grooming, and Sprint Retrospectives.
● Ensure all ceremonies are efficient, focused, and serve their intended purpose in driving team productivity.
● Drive the adoption of Agile principles across the team by coaching and reinforcing best practices.
2. Agile Coaching & Mindset Enablement
● Educate team members and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum values, practices, and roles.
● Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
● Encourage team accountability, self-organization, and empowerment.
3. Sprint/Project & Delivery Management
● Manage large-scale, end-to-end application development projects with multiple sprints and cross-functional teams.
● Work with Client and technical leads to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
● Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
4. Backlog & Workflow Management
● Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-prioritized, groomed product backlog.
● Ensure sprint goals and backlog items are clearly understood by the team.
● Guide effective use of JIRA (or equivalent tools) to track work progress, dependencies, and blockers.
5. Impediment & Risk Resolution
● Identify, log, and remove impediments that block the team's progress.
● Proactively escalate issues and risks to relevant team members (Client, TLs), along with mitigation strategies.
6. Communication & Stakeholder Management
● Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
● Provide transparent updates on team progress, sprint metrics, and delivery health.
● Coordinate with external teams when needed to resolve cross-team dependencies.
7. Agile Metrics & Continuous Improvement
● Track and analyze key Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, sprint progress, etc.
● Facilitate regular retrospectives and implement improvements from feedback loops.
● Use data-driven insights to identify process bottlenecks and enhance team performance.
8. Certification & Agile Methodology Standards
● Apply knowledge gained from Scrum/Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Prince2 Agile) to elevate Agile practices within the team.
● Stay updated on Agile industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance team capabilities
