Description

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
Previous experience as a scrum master for at least five years.
Knowledge and experience with SAFe/Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
Applicable knowledge of the technologies like JIRA, software programming languages like JAVA.
Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Scrum master certification is a plus.
Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
Experience managing SCRUM platform development teams
