Monitor the progress of multiple sprints and provide comprehensive status reports to leadership.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Development Leads to align business objectives with execution strategies.
Track and communicate Agile metrics such as velocity, backlog health, and burndown charts.
Act as a servant leader by identifying and removing impediments to ensure team success.
Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams to mature Agile practices and principles.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Ensure effective utilization of collaboration tools to provide visibility into progress and outcomes.
Minimum of 6 years leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Strong knowledge and practical experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Proficiency with Agile collaboration and project management tools including Jira and Confluence.
Strong expertise in MS Office Suite for reporting and stakeholder communication.
Exposure to GenAI technologies for productivity and process transparency is a plus.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to be proactive, self-directed, and assertive when required.
