  • Scrum Master. Multiple openings
  • Work in Scrum/Agile methodologies and understand of Scrum/Agile at Scale (SAFe).
  • Enforce the agile process workflow and hold individual team members accountable for responsibilities and commitments.
  • Architect and develop products. Develop and implement Agile project methodology.
  • Work with Project and Portfolio management, capacity utilization, feature and issue management, Source Code repository.
  • Monitor project dates, tasks, hours spent, risks. Ensure project success and improve operational capability, delivery and data quality.
  • Develop PMO tools and processes. Anticipate challenges, identify risks, and recommend mitigations and solutions.
  • Develop strong partnerships with product owners, architects and development.
  • Lead to transform Business objectives into execution strategy.
  • Understand impact of metrics such as backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity. Report the status on metrics and any risks as part of governance process.
  • Monitor project dates, tasks, hours spent, risks, blockers & customer satisfaction througho ut the project life cycle.
  • Manage customer expectations and meet clients face to face as needed.
  • Provide work estimates, deliverables, discuss project scope, project plan.
  • Ensure adherence to Scrum processes (Standups, Release plan, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retros).
  • Lead key Agile meetings such as Scrum workshops to shape discussions and share best-in-class practices.
  • Work with AWS, Unix-Based Systems, Windows, Linux, Stored Procedures, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Clarity, Confluence, Jira, Rally, Sharepoint, Wiki, TIA. 40 hrs/wk.
  • Must have Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of a Master's) and 2 years experience (or 2 years experience as Software Developer, Business Execution Consultant, or related occupation).
  • Must have 2 years experience architecting and developing products; Developing and implementing Agile project methodology; Working with Project and Portfolio management, capacity utilization, feature and issue management, Source Code repository; Monitoring project dates, tasks, hours spent, risks; Ensuring project success and improve operational capability, delivery and data quality; Developing PMO tools and processes.
  • Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time
