Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate Scrum Processes:
    • Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
    • Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles, values, and practices.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  2. Remove Impediments:
    • Identify and resolve blockers that hinder team progress.
    • Shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals.
  3. Coach and Mentor:
    • Guide the team and organization in adopting Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Coach team members on Agile principles, fostering self-organization and cross-functionality.
    • Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization
