Key responsibilities

Supporting the customer on ticket basis, Requirements Gathering meeting for new requirements, Documenting Minutes of Meeting, Preparing Functional Specs and Documentation.

Functional Testing of the Customization, Coordinating with Business during User Acceptance Testing

Performing bug fixes & doing enhancements as per customer request

Working independently with little guidance and inputs

Coordination with Project Manager, Delivery Manager for reporting weekly status

Liasoning with the offshore team
