Preferred Experience:
·A minimum of 7+ years of IT experience
·A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting and preferable earlier experience in Oracle E-Business functional consulting
·4+ years of consulting experience which includes: contributing to requests for proposals (RFP), client presentations, detailing scope of work (SOW).
Job specification:
·Must have at least 2 Full cycle Implementation experience of Oracle HCM cloud (Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management & Workforce Management) at customer site (onsite).
·Implementation Experience in Payroll is mandatory. Writing Fast Formulas is an advantage.
·Prefer to have earlier experience in Oracle EBS (Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Advance modules) modules.
·Should be well versed with cloud Monthly / Quarterly update process
·Should have good experience in Support Projects and working against SLA's
·Earlier experience in Oracle EBS (Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Advance modules)
·Must have Strong product skills in HCM cloud, Strategic in Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Global Human Resources, HR Help Desk, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, Goal Management and Performance Management
·Ability to provide robust solutions with pros & cons of the proposed solution when standard functionality cannot meet customer requirements.
·Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management and problem solving skills
