Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Utilize extensive experience in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules to support and enhance manufacturing processes effectively.
• Understand end-to-end manufacturing process flows within Oracle EBS, including modules such as Oracle Inventory, Oracle Bills of Material (BOM), Oracle Work in Process (WIP), Oracle Cost Management, etc.
• Analyse business requirements related to manufacturing operations and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions/enhancements.
• Configure and customize Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules to align with business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions, ensuring accuracy and reliability in manufacturing processes.
• Lead the deployment of custom solutions within the manufacturing modules, coordinating with stakeholders to minimize disruption and ensure smooth implementation.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for manufacturing-related issues, working closely with business users and technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for process optimization, and implement best practices.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures related to Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules, ensuring knowledge transfer and sustainability.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules, with expertise in modules such as Oracle Inventory, BOM, WIP, and Cost Management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing process flows and best practices within Oracle EBS.
• Proven ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules to meet business needs.
• Proficiency in conducting testing and deploying custom solutions within Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering value to the business.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Certification in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules is a plus.
