SCCM Infra Engineer

Skill:- SCCM Infra Engineer
• Deep Technical understanding of Microsoft SCCM (OSD, Site Administration, Patching, SW Deployment).
• Deep technical understanding of Windows operating systems up to and including Windows 10/11/Server 2019.
• Deep Technical understanding of Microsoft SCCM with Strong troubleshooting mindset (i.e. parsing event logs, SysInternals tools, analyzing memory dumps etc.).
• Experience of Windows Modern Management (Intune, Autopilot, Windows Virtual Desktop, etc.).
• Desktop/laptop or server Hardware knowledge and mgmt. in enterprise environment.
• Experience in automation.
• Scripting skills with PowerShell.
• Experience designing technical solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to author technical and operational management documentation including design and support docs, operational runbooks, internal knowledge base articles, etc.

 

Responsibilities:-
The core responsibilities of this position include:
• Ensure that the solutions we develop meet the necessary security, supportability, and performance requirements identified by our stakeholders, regulators, and the organization at large.
• Ensure that we meet the business's expectations of high availability, performance, and overall user experience.
• Sustain existing systems by providing level-3 support to help investigate and identify root cause for escalated issues.
• Create, review, maintain and disseminate knowledge through documentation and demonstrations of the technologies, tools, and methodologies that are used to support them. Dissemination of knowledge amongst peers and partnering support teams.
