Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using SAS Platform. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAS Platform-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues within critical business systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new applications and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAS Platform.
- Experience in SAS Analytics is a good-to-have skill.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
