Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy data analytics solutions using SAS and relational databases
  • Aggregate and interpret data from diverse sources to support analytics and reporting needs
  • Translate business requirements into data tools, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Utilize BI tools and statistical software to analyze and interpret data
  • Solve moderately complex problems and recommend practical solutions
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and enhance applications
  • Document high-level and detailed designs, implementation plans, and SOPs
  • Provide production support including job monitoring, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
  • Maintain a structured and user-focused approach to project delivery

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with BASE SAS, SAS Macros, and Proc SQL
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and working with large datasets
  • 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries
  • 2+ years of experience programming in Python
  • Strong understanding of modern data pipelines and integration for analytics and ML
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced SAS Programming Certification
  • 2+ years of experience with Power BI for data visualization
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with Databricks
