SAP Test Manager with Tosca

• As Test Lead/Test Manager, you are responsible for the cross-functional tests and end-2-end scenarios of Release Unit 2 (RE2) and are the link between all roles of the organisational units of the programme and the Group (REs, DSOs and divisions).
• You drive forward all activities necessary for smooth test preparation and execution with energy and ensure that all departments affected by testing are sufficiently harmonised and coordinated. This also applies to the planning and integration of superusers for the final integration tests and specialist areas for the UATs.
• You coordinate and drive forward the topics of test data, test automation and shift-left in your area of responsibility with a great deal of energy.
• Together with other testing experts, you will implement testing governance in the S/4 programme and be actively involved in its further development.
• The classic test management activities such as planning, prioritisation and coordination are characterised in the programme primarily by very strong dependencies on other work organisations, which means you can make very good use of your strengths in target group-oriented communication and stakeholder management.

Must Creteria:

• At least 5 years of experience in test management of S4 projects.
• At least 5 years experience as a senior test manager in large projects or programs.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in the adaptation of agile testing.
• Quick comprehension, analytical, and structured approach.
• A strong, persuasive personality with leadership and management qualities.
• Project management experience.
• Completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, / computer science.
• Business fluent in German and English (minimum language level C1).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, and test management tools such as SAP Solution Manager Testsuite, Xray for JIRA, and qTest
