Description

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Test Manager with over 12 years of expertise in managing end-to-end testing for SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP modules (ECC, S4HANA), test strategy development, team leadership, and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the overall SAP testing strategy, including unit, integration, system, regression, and UAT phases.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional testing teams across multiple SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, HCM, SuccessFactors).
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure test coverage and quality.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts using tools like HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Tricentis Tosca, or JIRA.
  • Coordinate test data preparation, test environment setup, and defect management.
  • Monitor test execution, track progress, and report test metrics to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, audit requirements, and risk mitigation practices.
  • Drive automation initiatives and continuous improvement in testing processes.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance feedback to testing teams.

Required Skills Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in SAP testing, with at least 5 years in a test management role.
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture, business processes, and integration points.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA testing and migration projects.
  • Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

Preferred Certifications:

  • ISTQB Certified Test Manager
  • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA
  • Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe) – optional but beneficial
