SAP Test Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to join our team and oversee all testing activities related to our SAP implementations and enhancements. The SAP Test Lead will be responsible for leading a team of testers, managing the testing lifecycle, and ensuring that all SAP systems are functioning as expected across multiple platforms and environments. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that all SAP functionalities meet the business requirements and quality standards before deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
Test Strategy and Planning:
Lead the development of detailed SAP test strategies and plans.
Define the test objectives, scope, approach, resources, and schedule.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment with the testing strategy.
Test Management:
Manage and supervise the entire SAP testing lifecycle, from planning through to execution and reporting.
Develop and manage SAP test scripts, test cases, and test data.
Coordinate testing activities across different SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, SAP BW/BI).
Conduct gap analysis and review test scenarios to ensure all functional and non-functional requirements are tested.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
Lead and mentor a team of SAP testers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality test execution.
Ensure the proper allocation of resources for different testing phases (unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing).
Serve as a point of contact for test-related queries, issues, and escalations.
Defect Management:
Identify, log, and track defects through the testing process using defect tracking tools.
Ensure defects are prioritized and resolved in collaboration with development teams.
Perform root cause analysis on defects and suggest corrective actions.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks during the testing process and provide mitigation strategies.
Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that testing schedules and deliverables are on track
