SAP Techno-Functional Architect

*Should manage technical developments in SAP projects Techno – Functional Consultant
*Should have experience in migration from ECC to S/4 HANA
*Domain/functional experience in Finance and Management Accounting and candidate should have broad domain knowledge on different verticals and processes in Finance specifically in General Ledger processes.
*Set up best practices, standards and guidelines for solution implementation.
*Designing POCs and driving innovation
*Reviewing proposals, providing estimates and recommending the best process solutions
*Leading multi-location (involves multiple onsite, nearshore and offshore teams), multi-technology (ABAP, FIORI, Middleware, Analytics), multi-vendor teams
*Build Proof of Concepts and providing estimates for the work
*Build and maintain the complex project plan for the entire technical team coordinating with the Process Teams, Testing Teams, and site teams for status updates.
*Manage operational performance improvements while assuring process consistency, adherence to business controls, and team performance.
*Lead efforts in crisis management, continuous improvement, and prevention of recurring problems.
*Participate in negotiations on new opportunities, resolution of business-critical issues, or service scope changes.
*Formulate, develop, and implement solutions, and respond to client requirements
