Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP Security Design, Implementation, and Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP GRC 10.1 or Access Control 12.0.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Security profiles and authorizations.
  • Expertise in SAP security role design, user administration, and SOX compliance in various SAP applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to contribute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

SAP Security Specialist:

  • Serve as a liaison between SAP and business teams, ensuring security policies and SOX requirements are met while maintaining a secure and auditable SAP environment.
  • Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and users based on company security policies.
  • Lead SAP security-related activities, ensuring audit compliance, meeting performance metrics, and contributing to the development of SAP Security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide second-level support for SAP user security issues and incidents.

Leadership and Teamwork:

  • Lead SAP role and authorization design and provide guidance on SOX audit compliance.
  • Advise project managers and clients on technical solutions and SAP security architecture.
  • Review code and serve as the point of contact for all SAP developments.
  • Write and validate technical specifications, create test scripts, and assist in functional change requests and production configuration.
  • Collaborate with SAP functional experts to resolve technical and security issues.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as SAP Security Functional Architect (Grade 9) or Team Leader - SAP (Grade 7).
  • Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of SAP security roles and users, ensuring compliance with SOX and company security policies.
  • Provide best practice development skills during business implementations and support for production issues.
  • Participate in the assessment and planning of release upgrades, new functionality, and enhancements, providing technical recommendations.
