c. User and Security Management:
- Administer SAP user accounts, roles, and profiles, ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Implement and manage authorizations, including the configuration of SAP security roles and profiles.
- Ensure proper access controls are in place for sensitive data and functions.
d. Backup and Disaster Recovery:
- Plan, implement, and test regular backups of SAP systems and related databases.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and ensure SAP systems can be restored in the event of a failure.
e. System Integration and Configuration:
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and other business systems.
- Configure SAP Solution Manager and support its usage for system monitoring, diagnostics, and incident management.

- Ensure compliance with DoD IT security policies and STIGS, PCI DSS regulations, and SAP best practices.

a. ECM System Administration:
- Administer and maintain the OpenText ECM platform
- Install, configure, and upgrade ECM software and related applications.
- Manage and monitor system performance, ensuring that the ECM platform is running efficiently and reliably.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system checks to ensure all services are operational.
b. Document and Content Management:
- Ensure the organization’s documents and digital assets are correctly stored, indexed, and categorized within the ECM platform.
- Optimize document indexing and search capabilities for ease of access and retrieval.
c. Backup and Disaster Recovery:
- Develop and implement strategies for backup and disaster recovery for the ECM system, ensuring business continuity.
- Regularly test and verify the effectiveness of backup and recovery plans for critical content and records. d. System Integration:
- Integrate ECM solutions with other enterprise systems, including ERP and other business-critical applications.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and efficient content sharing across systems.
