Job Description:
We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards Consultant with a deep skill set in Total Rewards, Annual Bonus Process, and Variable Long-Term Pays. The ideal candidate should be able to collaborate with the client’s functional counterpart to assess, design, and develop functional solutions as the project progresses.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level guidance on SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards.
Lead the Annual Bonus Process implementation, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
Design and optimize Variable Long-Term Pay structures within SuccessFactors.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess functional needs and develop solutions accordingly.
Support ongoing enhancements and troubleshooting within the SuccessFactors Total Rewards module.
Must-Have Skills:
Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards
Strong knowledge of Annual Bonus Process
Hands-on experience with Variable Long-Term Pays
Ability to work with client teams to define and refine functional solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Industry experience is not required.
