Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand business and functional requirements for the design, delivery, and operations management of integrations with HR systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors.
- Conduct pre-study requirements analysis and proof-of-concepts, define integration patterns, and align with partner teams.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Integration and Run/Support team, Digital Platforms Managers, Solution Architects, and IS&T Lead Architects to implement best practices.
- Manage configuration and optimize the integration platform in alignment with overall architectural strategies and standards.
- Act as a liaison between Project Managers, Operation Managers, Application Architects, and Platform Owners (internal/external) to coordinate project implementation efforts.
- Facilitate communication and ensure accurate capture and execution of integration requirements.
- Monitor integrations, proactively resolve issues, and engage in incident management for high-priority incidents.
- Maintain design specifications and mapping documents in compliance with architectural principles and standards.
- Support solution delivery projects and provide ongoing operations and service support for HR systems integration.
Experience Requirement:
- 8-11 years of total experience in IT with at least 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration tools and methodologies.
- Experience in solution delivery and ongoing support of HR IT systems and enterprise integration.
- Exposure to cloud integration platforms like Dell Boomi is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
