  • Proven experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning Management, etc.) 
  • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors platform capabilities, configuration options, and technical architecture 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels 
  • Project management expertise to manage implementation timelines, budgets, and deliverables 
  • Familiarity with other SAP modules and integration points 
  • Proficiency in data migration and cleansing techniques 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks
