Job Description:
- Solid experience in SAP HCM solutions plus solid SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and integration skills (ideally acting as Solution Architect)
- 10+ years of experience within the SuccessFactors HCM domain.
- Experience in building interfaces in both SAP PO and SAP BTP
- Experience in Payroll or Workforce Integration with SAP SF is a must
- Good understanding of SAP cloud and hybrid deployment models
- Great communicator, organized, and quick at learning and understanding new technology skills with an aptitude and passion for working with people.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
