SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support a large, complex Payroll production environment, including benefits, tax, and time interfaces.
✅ Provide end-to-end production support for a union-based daily payroll lifecycle.
✅ Configure, customize, and implement Payroll modules while monitoring batch jobs and production issues.
✅ Ensure seamless integration with systems like ADP, SAP FI, 3PR, and PCC functionalities.
✅ Apply SAP updates, patches, and Tax Updates (TUBs) while ensuring system efficiency.
Basic Qualifications:
🔹 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
🔹 Expertise in Payroll configurations, wage type setups, and BSI Tax Factory.
🔹 Strong knowledge of EC to ECP replication, Payroll Command Center, and GL integration.
🔹 Proficiency in SAP development tools including ABAP, BAPI/IDOC, ALE, and Workflow.
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
🔹 Bonus: Union payroll experience, SAP certification, and expertise in SAP security & Basis admin functions.
