SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Time Off, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Performance & Compensation Management)
Hands-on experience with data transformation & upload during migration from legacy systems
Expertise in security & role management within SuccessFactors
Prior exposure to SAP HR/HCM modules is a plus
Familiarity with S/4HANA and Replication is a plus
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Resolve business issues and queries within SLAs
Configure and test SuccessFactors modules
Create and execute test scripts
Ensure smooth system functionality post-migration
