Description

~ Experience working in SAP HR/HCM module is a plus.
~ Any exposure to S/4 HANA is a Plus.
~ Data transformation and upload for migration from legacy system to SuccessFactors.
~Expertise in security and role management of SuccessFactors

Responsibilities:
·   Resolution of business queries and issues within SLA.
·   Configuration and testing of processes in Employee Central, Employee central time off,
·   Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, Onboarding 2.0, Performance
·   Management and Compensation Management.
·   Experience working with Replication is a plus.
·   Development and execution of test scripts
·   including Performance & Goals, Compensation Management
