Key Responsibilities: 

Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development, Learning Management. 

Integrate Talent Management with S/4HANA and ECC systems for seamless HR process execution. 

Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design solutions aligned with best practices. 

Configure, customize, and optimize Talent Management functionalities to meet client-specific needs. 

Prepare functional specifications for integrations and enhancements, working closely with technical teams. 

Conduct testing (SIT, UAT), end-user training, and prepare process documentation. 

Provide go-live support and post-implementation maintenance. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Talent Management. 

2–3 full-cycle implementation projects in Talent Management with S/4HANA and ECC integration. 

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management certification preferred. 

Strong understanding of HR processes, performance management, succession planning, and learning management systems. 

Experience with integration tools such as SAP CPI or Boomi. 

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
