Design, configure, and implement SAP SOM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Perform analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution related to SAP SOM modules.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide expertise in SAP SOM processes, including order-to-cash, invoicing, revenue management, and customer management.
• Conduct system configuration and support integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, FICO, and IS-U (if applicable).
• Assist in the development of test scenarios, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to work with SAP SOM applications.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and migration tasks as needed.
• Stay up to date with SAP developments, best practices, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Support post-implementation activities such as troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
• Prepare documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
