SAP SF EC Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Work on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Onboarding (ONB) modules (both functional and configuration).

Deliver end-to-end implementations—at least one full-cycle implementation experience is required.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications effectively.

Ensure timely delivery while meeting project deadlines.

Requirements:

4-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SF EC (including configuration).

Certification in Employee Central (EC) is mandatory; other sub-modules are a plus.

Experience with S/4 HANA is mandatory.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
