Create, maintain, and enforce audit policies, controls and procedures;
Oversee regular security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks;
Oversee the role change process, reviewing and approving changes to SAP roles;
Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements, including SOX and other relevant regulations;
Prepare and present security reports to management and stakeholders;
Manage all SAP Security Analysts, including employees and contract resources;
Analyze resource needs and skill sets to sustain established SAP Security Standards;
Develop plans to ensure the team has the ability and skills to support existing and future projects and activities;
Manage ongoing contract relationships, staffing, metrics reviews, and invoice reconciliation processes with contracted resources;
Plan and coordinate the work of the team to support project teams alongside production environments, including recurring deliverables, audits, and after-hours support;
Manage SAP security projects, including system upgrades, new functionality, patching, and new implementations;
Work with project teams to integrate security measures into new SAP applications and modules;
Serve as the internal escalation point for technical issues and problems with the SAP landscape related to application security support;
Collaborate with other IT teams to manage the SAP infrastructure, ensuring performance and uptime expected by business stakeholders;
Drive effective decision-making within the team, including communication of decisions to appropriate partners and maintaining vendor relationships;
