SAP Security Architect with BTP Experience

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Architect with expertise in Business Technology Platform (BTP), specifically in BTP Build Workzone (BWZ). 
• The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of SAP Security experience and demonstrate deep knowledge in designing and implementing secure SAP solutions within complex enterprise environments. 
• This role will focus on architecting and managing security frameworks for SAP BTP Workzone environments while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SAP Security frameworks across SAP landscapes, with a primary focus on SAP BTP Build Workzone.
• Ensure end-to-end security for BTP environments, including authentication, authorization, and user management.
• Lead the development and configuration of SAP BTP Build Workzone (BWZ) to meet organizational needs.
• Integrate Workzone with other SAP modules and external systems while maintaining high-security standards.
• Develop security policies, procedures, and controls aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Conduct security assessments, audits, and risk analysis for SAP environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT security teams, and business stakeholders, to deliver secure solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on SAP security best practices.
• Investigate and resolve security-related issues within SAP BTP environments.
• Continuously optimize security configurations to address emerging threats and improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 15+ years of SAP Security expertise, with significant experience in SAP BTP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Build Workzone (BWZ) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SAP security architecture, roles, and authorizations.
• Proficiency in integration of SAP systems with external identity providers (e.g., SAML, OAuth).
• Familiarity with cloud security principles and SAP’s cloud offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications:

• SAP Security or SAP BTP-related certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA, and related modules.
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools.
