Description
- Provide support for SAP SD module in S/4HANA projects.
- Work on support projects: handle incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem management.
- Work on implementation projects: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, go-live, and hyper-care support.
- Support Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle including sales orders, deliveries, shipments, billing, pricing, and credit management.
- Perform configuration and customization based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, WM, etc.) during both support and implementation.
- experience as an SAP SD Consultant in support + implementation projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of sales, shipping, pricing, billing, and credit management.
- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA.
