Roles & Responsibilities:
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD – Basic Functions of Master Data, Pricing and Conditions, Availability Check, Credit and Risk Management, Material Sorting, Output Determination, Scheduling Agreements for Component Suppliers, Customer Service Processing, Foreign Trade/Customs, Billing, Payment Card Processing, SD EDI/IDoc Interface, Shipping and Transportation and Interfaces to External Systems.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
Design, customize, configure and testing of SD/CS modules by identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions.
Connect with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
Document functional designs, test cases and results by proactively identifying and proposing business process and/or system enhancements.
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
Connect between the business functional team and the technical team by providing training and user support as required.
Sales/Marketing background & working with C-suite is required.
Work self-directed & independently act as subject matter mentor to other junior team members.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects, designing and configuring SD modules and sub-modules.
Experience in SD integration points with other SAP modules like MM/WM, CS, PP, PM and QM.
Experience in S/4HANA Logistics implementation along with migration/upgradation projects.
S/4HANA Certification Experience on S/4 Public Cloud is an added advantage.
Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
Understanding of logistic processes with ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
Ability to work in a team environment by effectively interacting with other team members.
Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a positive attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
