Description

We are hiring a Senior SAP S/4HANA SD Consultant for our leading IT services client to support their global ERP implementation and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain knowledge in Sales and Distribution processes along with proven experience implementing SAP S/4HANA SD in complex IT and B2B environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end implementation and support of the SAP S/4HANA SD module in an IT consulting/service industry context.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Configure and enhance SD components such as:

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Customer Master Data

Contracts and Quotations

Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Credit Management

Pricing Procedures and Condition Techniques

Integrate SD with other S/4HANA modules including MM, FI, and CRM.

Participate in solution design, blueprinting, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Prepare functional specifications for custom development; coordinate with ABAP and technical teams.

Provide user training, documentation, and production support.

Lead client workshops, provide SME-level inputs, and assist in pre-sales if required.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of SAP SD experience, including at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

Strong understanding of SAP SD core processes within the IT services domain.

 

Hands-on experience with:

Advanced ATP, Fiori apps, SD-FI integration

Intercompany transactions, third-party order processing

Billing plans, milestone billing, and credit/debit memo processing

Ability to work in a client-facing role and engage with senior stakeholders.

Familiar with Agile/Activate methodology and global delivery models.

Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

SAP SD Certification (S/4HANA Sales)

Experience with tools like SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, ServiceNow

Exposure to SAP BTP/CPI integration scenarios

Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes
