Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Sales Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for SAP solutions and services.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities.

Design and execute go-to-market strategies tailored for the Saudi region.

 

2. Business Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and IT managers in target organizations.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct engagement.

Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful deals by showcasing the value of SAP solutions.

 

3. Client Engagement

Present SAP solutions and services to prospective clients, highlighting their business benefits and ROI.

Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and propose tailored SAP solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations.

 

4. Account Management

Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Upsell and cross-sell additional SAP services and solutions to existing clients.

Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

 

5. Collaboration and Teamwork

Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless sales cycles and project execution.

Collaborate with SAP’s regional and global teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.

 

6. Reporting and Analysis

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline information.

Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market challenges, and client feedback.

Analyze sales metrics and performance data to refine strategies and achieve targets.

 

Required Qualifications and Experience:

1. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

 

2. Experience:

10+ years of proven sales and business development experience in the Saudi region, specifically in SAP solutions and services.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise software sales.

Strong understanding of SAP ERP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors) and associated implementation services.

 

3. Skills and Knowledge:

Deep knowledge of the Saudi market, including cultural, regulatory, and business dynamics.

Strong network of clients in industries such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Retail, and Public Sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and reporting tools.

 

4. Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.

 

Preferred Attributes:

Certification in SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is an added advantage.

Experience working with SAP partners or as part of SAP’s ecosystem.

Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure sales environments.
