Hands-on experience in design, build, test and deployment of SAP Sales & Service Cloud (Cloud for Customer C4C) and lead-to-opportunity/customer service business process solutions
Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out SAP Lead to Opportunity and Customer Service offerings powered by SAP C4C
Proficient in C4C process configurations, offline configurations, code list mappings, Key User Tool and UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles)
Experience working with other CRM technologies with a good functional knowledge of Sales and Service processes
Experience in C4C In-App and side by side extension using BTP Extension framework
Experience in Cloud integration with C4C and ECC/S4HANA
Lead to Cash business use case implementation experience
Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust as key advisors
Ability to do fit-gap analysis on business requirements related to sales and service areas
Make the business case for the SAP C4C (Sales & Service) technology solution recommended to the client
Ability to extend the architecture with customizations, extensions and partner ecosystem applications (e.g., MindTouch, SAP Contact Center)
Knowledge of S4HANA/ECC will be preferred
Basic Role Qualifications:
Minimum 1 full life cycle of C4C Sales and Service implementation
Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience with configuring SAP C4C Sales & Service process solutions
Prior experience as a team member of a CRM software related successful project implementation
Bonus Points:
Having SAP C4C Certification
Experience with configuring C4C web services and integration. Setting up code list mapping
Having SAP CX or SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC experience
Education Requirements:
Degree in computer science, design, or related field
