SAP S/4HANA HR Functional Lead

we are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA HR Functional Lead to drive HR transformation initiatives for one of our key clients in Houston. If you have a strong background in SAP HCM and are passionate about leading teams and delivering change, we want to hear from you!
 Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, and implement SAP S/4 HR/HCM processes (OM, PA, PT, PY)
Map and migrate processes from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
Lead HR system build, configuration, testing, and UAT
Manage data replication and integration with SuccessFactors
Troubleshoot complex SAP integration issues
Collaborate across teams and ensure stakeholder alignment
Lead SMEs to execute platform change initiatives
 Must-Have Skills:
2+ SAP S/4HANA HCM implementations
Strong configuration experience in all HCM processes
Experience with SAP ABAP (highly desired)
Exposure to SAP Finance module, SuccessFactors, and Concur
Excellent communication and documentation skills
SAP HR/Payroll Certification preferred
