Job Summary:-
• An ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the SAP Technical team and providing the expertise in the FICA module of S4 HANA to implement services under the Business Technology Platform such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Mobile Apps, Chatbots, etc.
• Should have a strong techno-functional background in FICO and FICA modules to help with the solution, design, development, reviews, testing etc.
• Need a high level of collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders including but not limited to Project teams, Business teams, Solution architects, System integrators, Operations etc.

Responsibilities:-
• Provide the SAP functional expertise in SAP FICA and work closely with the technical team to build services on the SAP Business Technology Platform for Core Finance Workstream as part of the Digital Transformation Program.
• Review Functional and Technical Specification documents, perform functional testing, and work with Technical and functional teams to ensure FSD/TSDs reflect and address business requirements for the services implemented under the SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Participate in Solution design meetings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, Technical Leads and Functional leads to finalize the design and provide technical direction to the Offshore team, as needed.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends, product offerings, and new concepts introduced by SAP and help the team adapt them in our S4 HANA Ecosystem to better address the needs of our business models and Financial systems.

Qualification:-
• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology from an accredited institution or equivalent.

Primary Skills:-
• 8+ years of experience as SAP Techno-functional consultant in SAP CI, and FICA modules on S4/Hana with at least two full life-cycle implementations.
• Worked on projects in the BRIM CI/FICA area. Having knowledge of usage-based consumption; and recurring billing scenarios.
• Knowledge of Convergent Invoicing including BITs & CITs, Billing, Invoicing, Posting Area, Bill Cycle, FICA posting, Revenue Accrual, Billing Request, Invoicing offsetting, etc.
• Knowledge of FICA configuration including FICA document configuration, Posting Area, clearing variant & rules, Inbound/outbound payment handling, Dunning, Payment Defaults, Clearing, Bank integration, write-off, G/L Posting, RAR, etc.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining new and existing functionality in the SAP FICA - RMCA gathering business requirements, determining system design impact of business process changes, and developing specifications.
• Experience in Providing SAP technical expertise for configuring and testing new requirements for SAP applications supporting the S4 HANA Finance System.
• Strong domain knowledge in SAP Finance and SAP business process knowledge in Order to Cash module, Order Management, Billing, A/R, A/P, CM, CC, CI, FI-CA, Record to Report and ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal or no customization.
• Experience working in Agile Methodology is desired.
• Possess interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of Business and IT.
