Responsibilities:
Lead the SAP S/4HANA global transformation initiative from strategy to execution.
Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional and global teams.
Direct all phases of project life cycle including post-implementation optimization.
Collaborate with implementation partners, executive leadership and workstream leaders.
Develop governance structure for SAP transformation programs.
Guide adoption of SAP S/4HANA standard processes and architecture.
Ensure change management for people, process, technology and policy shifts.
Analyze risks, budgets, schedules and recommend mitigation strategies.
Drive blueprinting, data transformation and infrastructure preparation.
Prepare reports and financial documentation for stakeholders and executive boards.
Monitor project health, KPIs and compliance with best practices and organizational values.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations across countries.
Extensive knowledge in FICO or Supply Chain modules.
History of consolidating SAP platforms into one integrated solution.
Demonstrated experience leading transformation programs and large project teams.
Experience with multimillion-dollar budgets and vendor management.
