SAP S4 HANA Business Analyst

• Are you a seasoned SAP professional ready to lead a global digital transformation? Our client is seeking a highly driven and experienced SAP S4 HANA Business Analyst to lead a global SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation. This hybrid opportunity is based in Northridge, California, requiring onsite presence three days per week.
• You will play a pivotal role in consolidating operations into a single global SAP system. You’ll guide end-to-end system implementation, collaborate with global teams and ensure business alignment across all work streams including Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Procurement and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Lead the SAP S/4HANA global transformation initiative from strategy to execution.

Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional and global teams.

Direct all phases of project life cycle including post-implementation optimization.

Collaborate with implementation partners, executive leadership and workstream leaders.

Develop governance structure for SAP transformation programs.

Guide adoption of SAP S/4HANA standard processes and architecture.

Ensure change management for people, process, technology and policy shifts.

Analyze risks, budgets, schedules and recommend mitigation strategies.

Drive blueprinting, data transformation and infrastructure preparation.

Prepare reports and financial documentation for stakeholders and executive boards.

Monitor project health, KPIs and compliance with best practices and organizational values.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.

5+ years of proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations across countries.

Extensive knowledge in FICO or Supply Chain modules.

History of consolidating SAP platforms into one integrated solution.

Demonstrated experience leading transformation programs and large project teams.

Experience with multimillion-dollar budgets and vendor management.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of ERP and SAP S/4HANA architecture and processes.

Excellent understanding of financial processes and modules within SAP.
