SAP RAR

The Role

• Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) for clients across various industries.
• Analyze client requirements and design SAP RAR solutions that align with their business needs and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15).
• Configure and maintain the SAP RAR module, ensuring proper integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, etc.).
• Perform detailed gap analysis and provide solutions for the effective setup of SAP RAR, including handling multi-element arrangements, performance obligations, and revenue recognition schedules.
• Provide expert-level guidance on SAP RAR functionality, workflows, and best practices.
• Assist in the testing and validation of RAR configuration to ensure that the revenue recognition processes are working accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and IT, to ensure a seamless deployment of SAP RAR.
• Provide training and support to end users on the RAR module.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for the SAP RAR system.
• Stay updated on changes to revenue recognition standards and SAP RAR features, ensuring compliance with legal and financial reporting standards.
