SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage SAP cloud migration projects, focusing on SAP on-prem to cloud migrations, ECC, and S/4HANA.
Participate in planning discussions using SAP Migration Methodology.
Lead private cloud migration tasks, including infrastructure and Basis-related execution.
Manage SAP ECC, SCM, and PI/PO upgrades.
Collaborate with Onshore, Nearshore, and Offshore teams, working with decentralized project teams.
Utilize project accelerators to enhance delivery speed and quality.
Work closely with development and consulting teams to deliver SAP services and solutions.
Apply both waterfall and agile methodologies for project management.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients align business needs with innovative solutions.
Requirements:

Experience: 18+ years of SAP project experience, with 5+ years focused on cloud migrations.
SAP cloud migration experience with at least 4-5 full lifecycle implementation or migration projects.
Strong functional or technical SAP background.
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA project management.
Knowledge of BTP, SAC, IBP integration is a plus.
Ability to lead client meetings, manage large project teams, and contribute to pre-sales activities.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Industry Experience:

Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or High Tech industry.
