Project

  • Migrating from Infor XA to SAP S/4 over the next 2 years. They’ll be integrations XA, Commerce Cloud, IDM, PLM, MES, and Ignition to their S/4 system. This PM will handle multiple projects, mainly those around integrations. SubZero IT resources and NTT resources aren’t communicating and working together so this PM is being brought in the manage the overarching project and get the two sides on the same page.

Wave 1

  • EWM, Product Order Management, Quality Management, Intercompany Sales, Warehouse Management, Finance, Procure to Pay

Wave 2

  • FICO, Product Costing, Forecasting, Sales, Procurement

Requirements

  • Experience using ServiceNow PPM is nice to have. The client is open to training someone
  • Familiarity with Integrations projects
  • Understanding on how implementations are build and managed with SAP S/4
  • Understanding of the entire Integration lifecycle
  • Ability to bridge the communication gap between technical teams and the business, understand and translate technical discussions
  • Experience in the S/4 Activate Methodology
  • Strong people skills
  • Active listening
  • Empathetic, good bedside manner
  • Ability to walk the line between keeping everyone happy and driving a project to completion
  • Understanding of Testing (Unit, String, and Integration)
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships
  • Ability to work handle issues without escalation
