Mandatory Skills:
CPQ, EMS (preferably SAP CPQ and SAP EMS)
Experience with subscription models, software license management, or usage-based billing processes.
Integration of CPQ and EMS with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow).
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage CPQ and EMS systems.
Understand and optimize CPQ processes (product configuration, pricing, discounts, approvals, and quoting).
Work with business teams to identify and document requirements for product configuration, pricing, quoting, and discounting.
Collaborate with technical/engineering teams to ensure integration of CPQ and EMS with other enterprise systems (CRM/ERP, billing).
Define systems strategy, roadmap, and business processes.
Create process flow diagrams, system interface diagrams, user journeys, and stories.
Develop business and system requirements, design, prototype, test, and train users.
Define support procedures and implement practical business solutions.
Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in CPQ and EMS implementation.
Strong experience with CPQ processes and enterprise systems integration.
Experience in designing, prototyping, testing, and training within CPQ and EMS frameworks.
Any Graduate
