SAP PP/QM Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP PP/QM Consultant with solid hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations and strong expertise across Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate must have end-to-end implementation experience, strong configuration skills, and the ability to handle clients independently. Experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Utilities is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects (minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations).
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications (FSD), business blueprints (BBP), and Key Design Structures (KDS).
• Conduct SAP PP module configuration including MTS, MTO, and MRP scenarios.
• Integrate SAP QM with PP and other logistics modules.
• Manage SAP master data and ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Write and maintain functional design documents (FDD) for enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
• Utilize and support data migration tools such as LTMC, LSMW, BDC, and BAPI.
• Participate in WRICEF object development and validation.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to system operations and scheduled background jobs.
• Conduct client workshops and training sessions, and provide ongoing user support.
• Ensure compliance with SAP Activate and ASAP Methodologies.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to develop and test custom solutions.
• Apply domain knowledge in manufacturing environments like Oil and Gas, Refinery, and Utilities to deliver tailored SAP solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP modules: PP, QM, SD, MM, and WM.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP Configuration and QM Integration.
• Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
• Expertise in writing FSDs, BBPs, and preparing KDS.
• Functional knowledge of SAP Tables, BAPIs, Function Modules (FM), and BADIs.
• Deep understanding of goods movement processes from raw material to finished goods.
• Demonstrated ability in handling clients and conducting workshops.
• Experience in SAP implementation, support, and rollout projects.
• Hands-on experience in data migration using LTMC, LSMW, BDC, and BAPI.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be open to travel with a valid passport
