Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM Consultant/Analyst to support and enhance our plant maintenance processes by leveraging SAP's PM module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP PM configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting, ensuring efficient plant maintenance operations and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, WM).
Key Responsibilities:
• SAP PM Module Configuration & Implementation:
o Configure and implement SAP PM module to support business requirements related to plant maintenance, asset management, and equipment management.
o Define maintenance strategies, planning, and scheduling processes within the SAP PM module.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, procurement, and finance) to ensure seamless integration of PM with other SAP modules.
• Support & Troubleshooting:
o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP PM-related issues and incidents.
o Analyze and resolve system issues related to work orders, equipment master data, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and reporting.
• Process Improvement:
o Assist in streamlining maintenance processes and increasing efficiency within the SAP PM framework.
o Identify opportunities for system enhancements or upgrades to improve functionality and user experience.
• User Training & Documentation:
o Develop and deliver training to end-users on SAP PM functionalities and best practices.
o Prepare and maintain user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation for SAP PM processes.
• Data Management & Reporting:
o Manage and maintain data integrity within the SAP PM system (equipment master data, work orders, etc.).
o Generate and analyze reports related to maintenance performance, downtime, costs, and other key metrics.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with SAP functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of SAP PM solutions.
o Participate in project planning, testing, and go-live activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience:
o Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP PM, including hands-on configuration, implementation, and support.
o Knowledge of SAP PM integration with other modules like MM, SD, and WM is preferred.
o Experience in plant maintenance and asset management processes in an industrial setting is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of SAP PM functionalities, such as equipment management, work order management, preventive maintenance, and maintenance planning.
o Proficiency in SAP configuration and troubleshooting.
o Experience with SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Fiori, SAP Query).
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
o Ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to SAP PM functionality.
o Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and maintenance metrics.
• Communication Skills:
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to train users and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education:
o A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Desired Certifications:
• SAP Certified Application Associate - Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) is a plus.
• Other relevant certifications in SAP or related fields
