SAP Plant Maintenance Product Manager

Requirements: 

Knowledge of IT systems, software development methodologies, and project management principles.

Must pass post-offer background and drug test.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

One or more years of experience in product management within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

Experience writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment.

Experience with agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, etc.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

Familiarity with SAP S4 or similar ERP systems, particularly CMMS/maintenance modules within SAP.

Knowledge of agile development practices, methodologies, and tools.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
